Ristorante & Pizzeria bei Matteo

Great restaurant, great service, and delicious food. I'd go back anytime. The restaurant is lovingly decorated, and the staff always make sure everything's just right.

We held our annual staff party on Maundy Thursday at Jeanette and Matteo's. We started with an aperitif outside, the following appetizer platters were sensational, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was also nice to be able to sit a little longer, have a drink, and chat in peace. A huge thank you to your team from the Kroniche Stadtgarten team.

Great service and the food was fantastic. We spontaneously looked for a restaurant and called them. At first, it was full, but they called us back because a table had just become available. Now that's what I call service!

Small, quaint restaurant. Consistently excellent food – whether pizza, salad, pasta, or carpaccio! It may seem a bit chaotic, but that's what makes it so charming. Highly recommended!

It was a great evening, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Everything was delicious, the best bruschetta and super friendly staff.

I visited the restaurant for the first time with a small group (smaller than planned). The ambiance is beautifully designed and invites you to a relaxed meal. All the dishes are so well prepared that you have trouble deciding what to eat just by reading the menu. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. I would love to go back and try something new on my next visit. The pizza bread was delicious, and the main course was also very well prepared. The prices are definitely reasonable for the quantity of the dish, so I can recommend it without hesitation. I would like to thank you again for the excellent and friendly service! Thanks again and keep up the good work! See you next time! I'd love to come back 😊

Small but nice, very tasty food, great prices, super friendly service.

Our favorite restaurant! It's lovingly decorated and makes you feel at home right away, with a great atmosphere. The food is delicious, especially the salad and pizza. The owner and the waitresses (including the older ones) are super friendly. Always a great evening! And a special bonus for Abby!

The food is a delight every time, no matter what you order! The staff are super friendly and always make sure you get a seat! A friendly, relaxed atmosphere! We'll be back again and again!

The food is always good, and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is small, but quite cozy. We'll definitely be back. 😊

Most importantly: the absolute best (original Italian) pizza we've ever eaten outside of Italy here in Germany. We came for the first time, received a very warm welcome, and after subsequent visits, we felt like family. A truly unusual, feel-good atmosphere; completely untypically Italian, but incredibly cozy. Reminiscent of 1920s Berlin, classic Hollywood, and bling. For both romantic evenings and a relaxing time to unwind from the daily stresses. Absolutely worth a visit!!!
